A Resiliency Team is a group of trained peers and professionals who provide support, resources, and guidance to individuals and organizations during times of stress, crisis, or recovery. Their purpose is to strengthen mental, emotional, and organizational well-being by:
Offering immediate peer support during and after critical incidents.
Connecting individuals with mental health resources, toolkits, and trainings.
Promoting a culture of psychological safety, preparedness, and recovery.
Building long-term capacity and resilience within a community or workforce.
In the context of the ski industry, a Resiliency Team serves as a trusted network where peers can share experiences, access tools for coping, and ensure that responders themselves remain healthy, supported, and ready to serve others
